Caught My Duo in Cosplay — Episode 1: Play With Me

Episode 1 of Caught My Duo in Cosplay sets the whole trap in under three minutes. Kai, known as Kaiju to his guild, has spent six months of late raids and headset banter with Mochi, a gamer girl he has never laid eyes on. Their nights run on trash talk ("Revive me, coward") and zero face reveals. His days belong to Itsumi, a pink-haired cosplayer whose photos he can't stop scrolling.

Tonight Kai spills his plan. Tomorrow he drives to the cosplay con in San Francisco just to catch a glimpse of Itsumi. Actually meet her? He'd lose it. He wouldn't say a word, he'd only stare, so Mochi should look for the guy in the guild hoodie crying in a corner. Then the twist lands fast: Mochi is Itsumi, and her biggest fan is her own duo partner. She bites her lip, signs off with "See you tomorrow, Kaiju," and lays out a pair of devil horns.
